If you’re not able to view the “My Attendance” details, make sure that you have taken care of the following points:
- You need to check whether the Attendance is in the Active status or not.
- You must verify whether the employee is assigned to a particular roster/shift.
- You need to check whether the Roster is scheduled or not.
Note: If the employee cannot view the attendance details for past dates, then data reprocessing for that particular employee becomes mandatory.
