What is the concept of the “Ticket Channel” in HR HUB?

Generally, the ticket channel creates and manages the generated tickets. Once the ticket is assigned to the specific team, the ticket will be made available to all the team members. Also, the HR HUB allows you to select the team leader who will be solely responsible for managing that ticket.
