How can I remove an employee/s from the exit questionnaire?

To remove the employee(s) from the exit questionnaire, first, navigate to the “Off Boarding ⇒ Configuration Master ⇒ Exit Questionnaire Permission.”



Select one or more employees from “Select Employees.” Once you’ve selected the employee(s), your task is to select an option whether you want to give permission to that particular employee to opt for the exit questionnaire or not.


If you select “Yes,” the employee needs to mandatory answer the exit questionnaire. On the other hand, if you select “No,” there is no need for the employee to answer the exit questionnaire.




Likewise, if you want to remove some employees from the exit questionnaire, you can directly click on the checkbox to either allow or disallow the questionnaire.
