What is the difference between 90, 180, and 360-degree performance assessment?

  • 90 Degree: The assessment comes from an employee’s direct supervisor.
  • 180 Degree:  Feedback comes from an employee’s direct supervisor and self-assessment.
  • 360 Degree: Feedback comes from self-assessment, the supervisor, and the reviewer.
