We take system updates very seriously and provide them regularly based on your module pack. Clients will be notified in advance of any updates that may involve system downtime. We typically schedule updates at midnight to minimize disruption for users.


Regarding support, our typical response time is prompt, ranging from just a few minutes to an hour, ensuring that your inquiries are addressed quickly and efficiently.
